Sunday 7th December 2025 – Parish Mass for the Second Sunday in Advent.

Join us for the Second Sunday of Advent at St Thomas’.

As the Advent candles grow brighter, we turn our hearts to the message of the prophets and to John the Baptist, calling us to “prepare the way of the Lord.” In a world that feels restless and uncertain, we wait together for the coming of Christ who brings peace, justice, and joy.

In this Sunday’s worship we’ll listen for God’s promise in Scripture, share in the mystery of the Eucharist, and pray that our lives may be places where Christ’s light can be seen. As we draw nearer to Christmas, we ask for the courage to change what needs changing, to comfort the broken-hearted, and to make room for hope.

Whether you are a regular worshipper, returning after some time away, or simply curious and seeking a moment of stillness, you are very welcome to come and share in this Advent journey with us.
