Sunday 7 June 2026 – Creation Care Sunday

____________________________________________

You are warmly invited to join us at St Thomas’ for our Parish Family Mass for Creation Care Sunday, as we gather in worship to celebrate God’s gift of creation and reflect upon our calling to care for the earth and all living things.

Creation Care Sunday invites us to give thanks for the beauty, diversity, and abundance of God’s world. As Christians, we recognise that creation is a precious gift entrusted to our stewardship, and we are called to be faithful caretakers of the environment for the good of present and future generations.

Through our readings, prayers, and worship, we will reflect on our responsibility to protect and cherish God’s creation, seeking ways to live more sustainably and to work for the flourishing of all people and the natural world. Together, we will give thanks for the wonders of creation and renew our commitment to caring for our common home.

We are delighted to welcome our guest speaker, The Reverend Tina Rapson, Willesden Creation Care Lead, who will share insights and encouragement as we consider how faith inspires action for the care of creation.

Whether you are a regular member of our congregation, a family looking for a welcoming place to worship, or simply seeking a moment of prayer and reflection, you are most warmly invited.

Come as you are, and join us in worship, fellowship, and thanksgiving as we celebrate Creation Care Sunday together.
